    got a completely defective "open box" product, but didn't know that until the TV was half mounted to the mount on the wall, so then I couldn't get the TV all the way on the mount and also couldn't get the TV off either and best but said they couldn't help. finally took bolt cutters to the defective part and when I got a new one it worked fine. BUT it does not mount with the TV centered on the mount screws, when the arm is folded all the way back the TV is off center bc the two bends of the arms are different lengths so if you want the TV centered when folded in, you need to mount the base of the mount off center. the instructions don't tell you this

    This mount is very easy to.... mount. The instructions are clear and covers most everything. I did have some trial and error selecting the right bolts for my TV, but this was not a fault of the mount itself. Some TVs have very odd bolt depths.

    Easy to install and works great My wife and I had it unboxed and on the wall in less than 40 minutes. Be prepared with your stud finder, drill and drill bit to attach to a stud.
