    Up and down tilt is too loose, TV just dangles at the most downward angle no matter what we do.

    States to fit MOST TVs, and it does except for those needing 6mm mounting bolts/screws. Tons of other hardware for larger TVs. Very rigid and well made with lots of rotation options. Excellent wall mount.
