    Great mount, only gave 4 stars due to the fact that I had to buy different screws to use going into the tv. Not sure if that's the mount issue or the tv

    The mount works well however Geek Squad does not, Many thanks to Antonio for getting things back on track...I think. It will be another week before I know for sure. He was amazing to jump in like he did.

    The mount is very sturdy and good quality but when mounting a small 24 inch tv the screws provided that fit the tv were way too long and we ended up having to go to lowes to buy screws that were shorter. The spacers still made it too long too. We also had one of the wall bolts that were slightly mishapen at the head which made it hard to get it in the wall.
