    Works as should, super easy to install. Tv moves a bit though and it takws a while to get tv level after its mounted

    While the setup was easy, after we had placed the mount and were preparing to add the tv, we discovered the arm tension was too tight to move without a ridiculous amount of effort. Following the instructions - we attempted to loosen the tension wjth included Allen wrench. However no amount of pressure or added force would turn the screw to adjust tension. The actual screw broke before loosening and we were unable to use the mount.
