Leveled with included level and my own laser level. my TV is very lightweight but still the arm of this sags a little on one side. It is for a kids playroom so it will be fine but I would not purchase this for any other room in my house.

Some are too long to fit into LED style TVs. Make sure that you check if your TV has enough room before putting them in as it can break something interally as it did with my daughters TV after using the appropriate sized screws that were too long. Now I have to return the TV and buy my own correctly sized screws to mount.
