And, of course, none of the tools are there, most of the accessories for install are missing, bolts missing, washers missing -- what the heck? Doesn't anyone at BestBuy check to make sure everything that the manual specifies is actually in the box? Had to return, ordered another -- really hoping for a complete package. SO FRUSTRATING.

The mount only supports 200mm x 100mm which is not the same. I also noticed that once I installed the mount onto the wall, it would wobble even without the tv being attached to it. This made me concern on the quality of the product and safety of my TV. It seems like Best Buy chose to cut corners with this flimsy product, which is really disappointing. Now I have a beat up wall with huge holes in it and a useless tv mount that I have to return.

They work great for our tv's. Full range of motion for all three, so we can pull them out and move them around as needed, which works really well for our grand kids' room.

Had to buy new lag bolts and find out later the tv screws are wrong as well. Bought for convenience with tv, should have got from the other online store where i had got 5 other mounts that always had everything. Called the help line but after 10 minutes gave up.

Not truly full motion

My mistake was not reading the description. The extent of its "full motion" is left and right, forward and backwards. That's it. It is not truly full motion and should not be labeled as such.

They were supposed to install everything in my house then I found out that my total care customer for 2023 did not include installation. Then they messed up my order and they would not extend the sale price to me weeks ago when I ordered. I settled for one television instead of two. Extremely unprofessional.
