No hardware, no tech support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totally disappointing. When I received the mount, it came without any nuts, bolts, screws, and washers. When I called for help, I was told to go to the hardware store and buy what I needed. When I went to mount the bracket on the wall the directions told you how to take the measurements needed to align the mount on the wall, then told you to align the mount but did not tell you how to align the mount to the marking on the wall. After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with 4 different tech support folks, (2 of then in the wrong department), the best advice I got was to drill some holes into the wall, mount the bracket and TV and see if that works. If not, take it down and drill some more holes and try again. If your going to offer tech support, make sure they are smart enough to understand the situation and are familiar with the product. I can read the poorly written instructions, I don't need to have someone read them to me over the phone.

It doesn't fold back and compactly as I had hoped though so my TV doesn't fit back into the space very well. Not really it's fault, but it really seems like the TV should be able to get to flat back in the space as there is room. That said, if you have plenty of space on either side it seems to work really well. Instructions are good and it's easy to mount.
