    Terrible shipping and customer experience.

    I cannot review the item itself, but the shipping process and customer experience was terrible. FedEx sent a notification that shipment was delayed. Never gave any followup direction, nor did bestbuy. I was ping ponged between FedEx and Best Buy saying it was delivered when FedEx said they refused to deliver as it was too damaged. Somehow it was my responsibilytl to convince best buy to file a claim with FedEx and have them reship a new package. One CSR at BestBuy had me on the ohone for an hour, prominsing notification of reshipment in 48 busines hours and a prodict delivered in 5 business days. 7 business days later i had to go back through it all again because nothing was done. The rep told me she couldnt even call the other department and there was nothing she could do but add another not to trigger a reshipment again, promising it would be done. It wasnt until i asked if they could just have me pick it up at a store or cancel my order before she said, oh sure lets check. Once i did same day in store pick up, it went fine. The customer experience and process between BestBuy and their supplier should be re-engineered. The team members that did not follow up for the call backs promised or no reshipments completed should be held accountable. If its an internal process issues, then you need to get new people managing the customer experience. I do this kind of work for a living and would never, ever allow this type of exerience and revire go by without making a change. I hope this review makes its way to the back office resources supporting customer experience and process management.

    Beware. This says it is for 19”+, but not really

    I bought this with a 24” LG TV at Best Buy’s suggestion. As I started assembling it, I discovered that none of the hardware provided was a match for my TV. The smallest diameter screws were too long. The shorter screws were too fat. Bolton line is, be prepared for a trip to the hardware store. Also, take care if you buy a small TV like the LG 24”. The plate covers some of the ports on the back of the TV making them inaccessible. If I needed to use the coax connector on the TV, I would have had to drill an access hole through the steel mounting plate to do it. Not what I signed up for when I bought this.

    Hisense 40’’ Smart TV

    This will NOT work for your Hisense 40’’ smart tv. The guys at bestbuy told us it would work but the wholes on the back do not match up with this mount. Trying to save someone from making the same mistake… without drill whole in their wall first.

    Should have bought a more expensive one. This extends and rotates, but despite its box and website description, it DOES NOT TILT.

    Difficult to get TV mounted to plate while in plac

    Tough to get to the back side of TV to mount this . Hope it hold up as it’s only two small screws holding it to the plate.

    Not esy to adjust down-tilt. Side to side adjustment is easy. Down-tilt is difficult and not enough range.

    The installation was more difficult than expected. 1st the screws provided were too long to fasten the backplate to the TV...so purchased more from hardware store. The arm is very stiff so also difficult to move. All I can say is we purchased two and have one installed ...not sure I will bother using the 2nd.

    this item was delivered as promised. However, it had the wrong length screws. After a long period on the telephone with a very helpful representative, I was promised that these correct screws would be mailed to me directly. Weeks passed and no screws. I was obliged to go purchase screws myself at the local hardware store. This wasn’t terribly difficult but it shouldn’t be necessary, especially when I was promised that you would send the correct screws so at this point, I can’t even tell you what the TV mount is like because I haven’t yet put it up. I just went and bought the screws.

    I received a used one as it was scratched up and parts were missing..but happened to have parts of my own that worked. Wish that it not only swiveled side to side but up and down as well
