Didn't fit my tv

After installing the wall plate successfully, I was unable to get the mounting bracket attached to the tv. I need to use the additional brackets because the plate didn't match the screws in back of the tv. I used to live chat to find out I needed to spend an additional $19.99 to buy a screw kit. Salespeople assured me it would go on the tv. Buyer beware don't spend too much time trying to get this installed and checked the bracket fit to the tv before installing the wall mount. Had I done that I would have returned it.
