This is a rugged, strong piece of equipment, with swing arms that adjust to a myriad of bolt patterns. Comes with an assortment of metric bolts that connect to the back of the TV, including the 6mm size that fits this particular set. Strongly recommend that the attachment plate to the wall is screwed to a stud. Do not now how this would hold up if connected via lag bolt to drywall.

Probably best to have two people to attach the TV mount to the wall mount. I did it on my own but had to get on my knees with my back to the wall and lift the TV over my head while lining it up. Don't recommend my method. I'm 70 so maybe a younger person wouldn't find it so awkward. Tilt tension is adjustable and very stable. Easy to to use the movement function.

I was able to install the bracket myself but had some assistance to support the 40 inch TV from any accidental mishaps on the final leg of the install. The TV was light enough for me to do it all but had to get help for assurance purposes. I like the bracket because it extends out 15 inches.

Nice Kit with Flexibility to Fit Most TVs

The kit also provides some tilt adjustment which I needed. Although the kit provides a large selection of machine screws to mount the back plate to the TV none of them worked for me. Fortunately I had some in the garage that fit perfectly. Just be prepared to make a run to the hardware store for machine screws if the ones provided don't work with your TV.

I miscalculated where the tv would fold back to. If I fold it back it hits a cabinet. Just stuck with it. Probably should have purchased the move expensive one has more flexibility.

The TV was small (24") so I didn't need the extended brackets. Seems it would fit as is advertised. It felt nice and sturdy once I attached it to a stud behind the drywall. I found the stud with a Studfinder. I did notice though, I had to screw the bracket on the wall crooked so that the TV was level. I couldn't figure out why it was crooked so I just figured it was the bracket. It didn't kill the deal for me so I'm giving it a 4. You don't really pay to much attention to the crooked bracket on the wall anyway (and it's mostly hidden), but hey......the TV is level and swivels nicely level.
