Good but needs improving

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a sturdy mount but there are a few ways I think this item could have been improved. 1. I think they should be upfront about what tools you need to own in order to install this. I was not expecting this to have lag bolts and did not own the tool to install this with. I tried using the tool that was provided which is like a metal tube with an allen wrench put through a hole. It took me like 30 minutes to an hour to get most of the way down but there was a point where you can no longer turn it so I had to ask a neighbor food a hex wrench and an impact drill and a bit to work with this. 2. I feel like there had to have been some kind of screw that could have been used instead of a lag bolt. If they make a screw thick enough I would highly suggest swapping this out because I don't think that hex wrenches and impact drills are common items for people to own. An electric drill or a screwdriver definitely are. 3. It is really hard to get this level. I'm not sure who decided that making the bottom screw hole as a long strip instead of one circle. I think if it was a circle you would be able to get this level immediately, but because it is an oval you are constantly checking to see if it is level and adjusting over and over. It's unnecessarily challenging. 4. The A screw provided is way too long. I had two devices that required screw A and in both scenarios, it was too long. It needed to be more like the length of B but B was too thick. Luckily for one of my devices I had some screws, I could swap it out for but for the other, I had to use 2 spacers and 2 washers per screw to fill the gap. With some improvements, I think this mount would be great. It's sturdy and seems to hold well on the wall. I was not afraid with the weight of my items on this. I think the mount actually weighed more than the items it was going to hold.
