Looks good but comes with some frustration

I purposely bought a best buy brand mount and best buy brand tv and unfortunately it still didn't have the correct screws and had to make a trip to the hardware store. After we got the TV mounted we couldn't not get it to tilt for anything. The manual was of no help. After research elsewhere and lots of frustration, realized the bolts from the manufacturer were way too tight. After finding a wrench, I was able to loosen them a bit and finally got the desired tilt. Definitely not worth the 40 bucks, but we made it work.
