"Best Buy essentials" - doesn't work!

Recently it has started to report 'Incorrect disc' when I try to watch a favorite movie. I bought this Lens cleaner to help improve things, but unfortunately all I get is 'Incorrect disc' again. A total waste of time and money - and I still am unable to play my movies.
