Nothing tells you when cleaning is done - If I followed the directions right, cleaning only lasted about 2min. It also asks to press certain track buttons without explaining what buttons. Did not help my dvds - infact I think it made them worse! Expensive item for only working for 2min.

Upsetting to say the least that best buy is selling something that runs for a couple minutes then doesn’t go any further.
