    Stopped working almost right away. Would not connect via bluetooth with new Mac Mini, iMac, or Lenovo laptop. Had to return to store.

    poor battery, its consuming the battery within 2 months, due to that i need to change the AAA batteries every time, thats bad and expensive.

    Just as the title implies, it's not always working. It randomly freezes and nothing seems to fix it. I have to keep the old one on standby just in case. I've had it about 2 months. Wasted money, no matter how inexpensive it was.

    [Employee of bestbuy] The mouse was ridiculously slow. It felt like the polling rate was so low that it was only tracking once every other millimeter. So my mouse was skipping around the screen at 60 Hertz it's barely noticeable but when I used it on my 120 144Hz devices it was incredibly noticeable and very annoying. Don't buy, don't cheap out, just get them more expensive mouse. You won't regret it

    I loved it at first, but the mouse keeps losing connection. The would mouse says it's still connected to my laptop, but it would stop working. I have to constantly re-pair the mouse to my laptop. I don't have issues with other Bluetooth devices connecting to my laptop.

    Very poor life expectancy, bought it just 4 weeks ago and today all of a sudden it won’t move at all so I unpaired it and tried to pair it back and my computer will find every single device but this mouse, tried to exchange it and they told me because is after 14 days there’s nothing Best Buy can do about it, won’t ever buy anything else from Best Buy.

    The "ON/OFF" switch is small and difficult to move. First mouse I've had that needs two hands to turn on/off. Otherwise, it was expected for a wireless mouse.

    Maybe it's just the one I got but this was not a good value. It worked well for a few weeks but then started having problems. Every few minutes it shuts down the laser. The only way to get it back on is to turn the mouse off and back on. Of course, it is past the return time so I'll just have to recycle it. If you're considering a wireless mouse, look elsewhere.

    I am just too lazy to return this poorly designed item that I cannot use because no batteries work in it. I should have known when I opened the box and saw there were no directions on how to insert the batteries. It worked for a few weeks and then stopped. Has not worked since. And it is overpriced.

    Lost connection in middle of work.

    I was very excited as I would be able to use for my laptop and desktop but yesterday it stopped working, the Bluetooth would not reconnect, it was in the middle of doing a report, lost 30 minutes trying to reconnect and then just called it quits and had to finished working from my laptop. I just bought in July and would return but I am pass the return period.
