Could be better like any other brackets. I installed my TV in bedroom close to the celing top and with the newer brackets it was bit hard. I can suggest this for mounting medium level height though.

The mechanism for tilting the TV is to be locked into place with a screwdriver. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the adjustment screw. I had to take the TV off the wall, lock in the tilt, and rehang it. It seems to be holding, but do not buy this item.
