The actual metal plate that fits against the wall for installing on sheetrock/stud has protruding parts that get in the way of using a wrench to fully tighten the hex bolts supplied for it. Between the crescent wrench hitting the protrusion next to one hex bolt and then two hex bolts near each other interfering with the other while tightening these with a wrench, it was extremely difficult to continue tightening. We tried to switch to socket wrench or ratchet wrench but even that was challenging if you don't have various sizes especially with 2 of the screws near each other. Not to mention reaching from below the TV to screw in 2 other screws for securing the plate on the back of the tv to the plate on the wall. It took more time than I expected. I would not buy this again. I gave it an extra star because it was not expensive and the TV is on the wall securely. Now I know what to look closely at for another wall mount we need.
