Had my tv installed with this wall mount and it will only swivel side to side (about an inch)-no tilt up and down. I thought it had been installed incorrectly but the installers said that was the way it was made. Curious why it uses the word tilt on the box and the advertising if it wont tilt. Even a few degrees of tilt would have been helpful but nothing.
