It did not include the correct screws or the instructions sucked. I’ve always been great at putting things together and following the instructions. TV mounts flush to the wall using a system that is difficult. There is zero margin for error, it must be lined up perfectly. And you can't see what you are doing. The return process was worse, Bestbuy takes weeks to approve your return.
