Had my tv installed with this wall mount and it will only swivel side to side (about an inch)-no tilt up and down. I thought it had been installed incorrectly but the installers said that was the way it was made. Curious why it uses the word tilt on the box and the advertising if it wont tilt. Even a few degrees of tilt would have been helpful but nothing.

It did not include the correct screws or the instructions sucked. I’ve always been great at putting things together and following the instructions. If you’re thinking about buying do youself a favor and DON’T!!

TV mounts flush to the wall using a system that is difficult. There is zero margin for error, it must be lined up perfectly. And you can't see what you are doing. The return process was worse, Bestbuy takes weeks to approve your return.
