    Works OK , however middle roller is kind of hard to press... I think Microsoft or Logitech is much better quality. I will not buy this mouse again.

    Was missing the Nano receiver plug for a laptop. Had to fight for a shipping label to send it back. I live 2 hours from the closest store and can’t get to one over 3 mountain passes in this winter storm

    This item already quit working. I’ve had it a month and have not even been hard on it. Now I have to try and figure out how to return it without a Best Buy near me…. Very disappointed.

    Does it's job but clicks pretty loud and feels cheap. Purchased as a backup for an old Logitech that's much better.

    Don't know how the mouse works, but the 1 star is for Best Buy! Bought this for my elderly mother. She didn't want to try a wireless mouse. The cashier when I bought it said my account was set to only email me receipts so she couldn't print one. 2 weeks later I had time to return it and was told I couldn't because I only had 14 days, I should have read my receipt (didn't get one) and should have bought an extended warranty (for a $9.99 mouse?) Best Buy lost me as a customer!

    Stopped working in less than a month

    This mouse spontaneously stopped working after 1 month. Its powers on and connects but my conputer registers it as constantly “clicking” so it is completly unusable. I would return it, but the return window has passed.
