    The USB Receiver was missing from the box, was unable to speak on the performance of this product since I wasn't able to use it. Too late to return.

    There was no USB receiver. It's useless.

    The outer, shipping package was intact. But when removed, it was clear that the box had been opened. The battery was missing, and the nano receiver was not there. This means that the mouse was worthless. THERE IS NO USB RECEIVER! Because I didn't open the package for 15 days, it's unreturnable.

    Bought on 7/7/2023, stopped working on 9/30/2023. Tried new batteries, different USB port and switch was set to on. Already passed the limited 2 week return date.

      There is no DPI button on this mouse, need adjust the pointer speed to slow, you can go to computer's MOUSE PROPERTIES and POINTER OPTIONS to adjust the pointer speed to SLOW. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_essentials

    I had to go to store twice as order was seprated upon picking up my mouse dongle was not in box . Hsd to go in store to return wait was oner 1/2 hr and refund shprted my tax paid
