    This item already quit working. I’ve had it a month and have not even been hard on it. Now I have to try and figure out how to return it without a Best Buy near me…. Very disappointed.

    This mouse spontaneously stopped working after 1 month. Its powers on and connects but my conputer registers it as constantly “clicking” so it is completly unusable. I would return it, but the return window has passed.

    Don't know how the mouse works, but the 1 star is for Best Buy! Bought this for my elderly mother. She didn't want to try a wireless mouse. The cashier when I bought it said my account was set to only email me receipts so she couldn't print one. 2 weeks later I had time to return it and was told I couldn't because I only had 14 days, I should have read my receipt (didn't get one) and should have bought an extended warranty (for a $9.99 mouse?) Best Buy lost me as a customer!

    Cursor randomly disappears and reappears. When i recieved it the box looked like it had been opened previously and was ripped along the bottom. This is the second item of two that i have ordered from best buy online that looked like it had been previously opened. The other item was a $200 plus motherboard that i exchanged at a store. I am done ordering items online from best buy. If i pay for new i expect to get new merchandise. This mouse being 10$ isnt worth the trouble of returning and i will consider it an investment in a lesson learned about who NOT to order from.

    Works but often left button sticks in the down down position. This can become frustrating when you try to release it but it is dragging the cursor around the screen.

    I allowed myself to be talked into buying that computer. I bought it to play Band In Box and Realband. I have installed them, but haven't figured out how to transfer my songs from my old computer to it yet, making it totally useless. Also, the screen is too small. Everything is too small. On my 17 inch screen that I am typing this on, it is great and easy for me to read. I hope you publish this, but I'm pretty sure that you won't. About 99.9999999 percent sure.
