I love this product, I can’t eat ice cream right now due to my nutrition plan but I’m able to make protein shakes in here and turn them into ice cream or turn my yogurt to frozen yogurt and I can honestly say it turns out pretty great. The only thing I don’t like is having to freeze things for a whole 24 hours, but the product is definitely worth it.

The Samsung washer works very well. The dryer's sensor dry will mostly dry to a slight damp dry. If you try another cycle and it does not detect sufficient moisture it will cut your dry cycle short. It is better to set a manual time dry depending on what you are drying. Both communicate well with the SmartThings app. The stacking kit required does not come with enough bolts to secure the units with two on the top bracket and two on the bottom. It only allows for one for each. That is a manufacturer oversight for what I can tell due to manufacturer kit upgrade/update. Samsung customer service expected me to purchase from them or go back to the store and make a claim. I purchased a generic kit on Amazon for extra bolts and secured it. The installation company installed ok but they broke off a clip in the back of the washer that was not needed in the end. The duct installation for the dryer was installed poorly. They did not use the adapter in the kit. I installed it later and added an extra kit for two 90 degree adapters. Otherwise the fragile aluminum duct would be unnecessarily stressed and damaged. I don't expect much quality from 3rd party installers personally. The initial purchase did not offer me the steam hose kit or the stacking kit which caused me to make two separate trips to my local store for purchase. That I believe is an IT issue on the website. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase so far.

I was grateful to get this gift card, what I didn't like was when I had to return the product because it was defective it messed up everything with the gift card and I had to go to corporate to address the concern. I don't like how Best Buy doesn't have a handle on how to take care of this concern. Because of this I would never buy another product that gives the gift card with it, it's not worth the hassle.
