The salespeople were very good at explaining the membership to my wife and myself. Seeing we do not live near Best Buy, we will probably not use the service as much as if we lived closer to Best Buy. But we feel it will be to our advantage when we do have the opportunity to use the membership.

This is great! My experience with it has already been positive especially when purchasing products that were amazing but for some reason decided to stop working a little after the return window.

I bought this as a discount on my MS 365 so I was not aware of features. I am slowly seeing what advantage I have in this purchase. I think it is worth getting if given immediate advantage. Then one can see over the first year if it has further advantage for you.
