A My Best Buy Plus™ membership will get you free two-day shipping, a generous 60-day return window for most items and access to exclusive member deals, like member deals on appliances, member deals on computers and tablets and member deals on cell phones. One step up from that, a My Best Buy Total™ membership brings you all of those benefits along with free 24/7 tech support, 20% off tech repairs from the Best Buy Geek Squad and important Best Buy product protection or AppleCare+.

My Best Buy Plus™ vs. My Best Buy Total™: choosing the right membership for you

The Total membership brings you around-the-clock tech support to troubleshoot tech issues and coverage to help you pay for repairs if you need them.

If you purchase Apple products, like an iPhone, iPad or MacBook, you will be glad of the AppleCare+ coverage that is included with the My Best Buy Total™ membership. And for non-Apple brand items, you gain Best Buy Protection, which protects most appliances and technical devices in case of a mechanical failure not covered by the warranty. In some cases, it can even cover accidental damage. Both forms of coverage can last up to two years from the time of purchase, as long as your membership is active.
