Its alright i haven't really been able to use my perks I have yet though.

In speaking with my appliance salesman, he recommended purchasing the Best Buy Plus. It made sense as he explained at all of the benefits it came with. It was a good purchase and were happy we did.

I purchased a Best Buy Plus membership as a suggestion from the sales associate. His pitch was that if the price of the television dropped, I would receive a refund on the purchase price I originally paid. The price dropped within 30 days and I received the refund. However, the price dropped again and it took me a phone call where they disallowed the second refund, and then 3 unfulfilled promises from Best Buy over almost 3 months to finally receive it. I was disappointed in all the hassle I had to go through to receive the second refund. A royal pain.

I wish there were more discounts with membership. But overall alright.

Good quality products I like most. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Explained every item we bought. We got the discount too by being a member. Thank you very much.

Right off the bat, it saved me hundreds of dollars off a Dyson product. For the price it was worth it for the Dyson purchase alone, but now I get to use it for the remainder of the year. I don’t shop BestBuy frequently so my plan is to cancel it before its first renewal. Hopefully I find some good offers before then. So far nothing but maybe the holidays will have some good deals.

My Best Buy Membership works when needed. It's a helpful tool

If you regularly shop electronics, this cheap yearly membership is a no brainer. It extends your return window from 30 days to 60 days which is a good thing to try a new technology before commiting to it.

Getting protection on electronic devices is a no brainer, but can also be a pain. With Best Buy plus there is no worries!!

The membership help us get our tv delivered and installed. Probability won't use it the rest of the year though.

I've been buying for over 3 years and I've never had a problem with the devices or with customer service, either online or in-store. I've always been well-treated and even with information, they've always helped me a lot, thank you very much.

I was very happy about this. It makes purchasing fun because there are always extra discounts for members. Plus I do like the extra return time you are given in case I have any issues. I see the value in having the membership and will continue to have it yearly.

Honestly, I recommend it because it gives you a 2 month return window instead of 2 weeks, they will also return money if an item goes on sell, just go in store, show when you bought the item and they’ll refund that, but it has to be in a 2 month period, anything passed that is not covered.

Got the membership at first to try and get priority access to a graphics card but stayed around for the fantastic deals every month!
