This membership is one of the best yearly subscription out there. Not only does it offer great benefits, but a day after I subscribed, it gave me a 50 dollar coupon for select pc orders on top of the membership deals that were already going on. If you love shopping at Best Buy this is a must have.

On the one hand, I received assistance from a Geek with an issue on my new HP desktop, that HP failed to fix. On the other hand, I received an open box item that I ordered that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition, but was all beat up. I returned it at the store and was told I would have the refund in a day or two. Called a week later and was told it was in The works. Still waiting.

The membership got me a great initial offer on a Denon 4800h AVR. Other than that I am not sure if it's gonna have any value. The best buy card has a great introductory offer so if your gonna spend serious money the 15% cash back is pretty sweet

I got this membership earlier this year when I bought a TV, sound bar and a washing machine. The three main reasons were (a) extension of the return period from 14 days to 60 days (2) 60 day price match and (3) 2 year extended warranty beyond the original manufacturers warranty. Since then, I have discovered that many of the geek squad services are covered for FREE! I had my desktop upgraded with a new SSD hard drive, graphics card and a power supply and a laptop with a new SSD. All of the diagnostics, installation, testing were all done professionally and covered! Then there are member discounts on many items. Geek squad coverage for your cell phone if you buy from them. I highly recommend this membership if you are buying expensive electronics, considering a cell phone or computer component upgrades!

I tried to use the price match feature on a legitimate price match (memorial day sale) that would have saved me $100. The support teams said it didn't qualify as it was a bundle - however I also purchased my washer and dryer as a bundle. I emailed the sales rep in the store and did not receive a reply. For that reason I give this 3 stars as it did not fulfill the reason I bought. I did get a $25 gift card which I used so at least I got part of the cost back. Will not plan to renew unless we can get the price match solved.

I've just purchased 2 appliances in 2 weeks and I find that the price protection is really a great feature as well as Geek Squad. 6 Months of Sirius was awesome too!

We had a great experience purchasing and setting up my Apple Watch. The sales person went above and beyond setting my new watch up as well as explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave me a basic tutorial on the basics while showing me on my new watch. His assistance made it much easier for me rather than trying to set the watch up myself.

The customer service I received was very informative and very pleasant and answered all my questions.

This membership is a real value. I love the cash back. It is really a big deal for me. I always ask people to buy from Best Buy because you get free deliveries, no hidden charges, cash backs and original products. Best Buy will give you deals that the manufacturers will never give. I loved this membership apart from the purchase I made they gave me gift cards insurance at a good price and I also liked how quickly they accommodated my new refrigerator in my house I am so happy I have much more space to store food and with children you always need one a lot of space to store your meals apart from the modern that looks my kitchen with the new and modern refrigerator thank you very much I found just what I was looking for.
