Im enjoying yje discounts this membership has to offer.

While traveling my printer/scanner quit. I purchase separate scanner and printer. The scanner didn't work out of the box. Because we were traveling it was several months before I had the opportunity to return it. Best Buy exchanged it no questions asked.

I was able to take advantage of my membership when I was in the store. Worked great. have not been able to get registered or signed in for this membership since then. Still hopeful to figure it out.

*If you use it! I save almost $200 over the last 12 months. Thats significant because im always looking for deals and this is actually a good one. I didn't think I would actually use it that much but to my surprise, I ended up needing the items and benefited from the membership!

The membership card is valuable and helpful. I can right assure to recommend it to anyone.

We signed up for this because it seemed like a good idea with our Apple Watch purchase. We have no complaints, but we really don't get the best value we could out of it. This is not any fault of Best Buy's, but rather we don't buy a lot of stuff. We appreciate your representative telling us about it though.

I am glad to be a plus member at best buy, and it was worth it already. I had to return one item I got in a bundle, and it was only possible thanks to my membership.

Great people impact the prices they have on appliances, electronics etc.

my nearest store is a pretty far drive, so it took me about a week to be able to bring my new pc in, which would have been past the exchange window, and i would have been stuck with the broken one and waited even longer for expensive repairs.

There is awesome, I don’t have too much time in USA and in my first job and the best offers with Best Buy I win a lot about technology

I paid for this membership and so far it has almost paid for itself.

Easy to earn and redeem rewards. Plus added extra deals and promotions are great.

Having only used one time, I believe it to be a good value, however I think it works when you use more often, or take advantage of periodic savings by being a member.

The membership came in handy for a big purchase. However, the special discounts are very rare on most other products sold by BestBuy. Also, the discount from the membership will count against you for price adjustments and non/membership deals. For example, I purchased a Macbook pro and used the membership for the dicount. I went into the store a few weeks later for a price adjustment based on the new sale price (excluding member special pricing); however, best buy was not willing to do the price adjustment since I already received the sale price based on my purchased membership. It seems a little unfair that non-members can access the same price I paid but for free.

I had a tv and a computer delivered. From the sale to the installation everything went smoothly. The guys I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Best Buy.

Only worth it if you buy from BB a lot. If you typically buy from Amazon but use BB for “need it now” purchases, then skip.

As a landlord I have purchased several appliances from Best Buy. I think the best part is the insurance coverage for the contents in case of a refrigerator failure.
