My Best Buy membership Has been helpful when a price has gone down cheaper for purchase

Bet buy it’s an amazing buying platform. Hopefully buyers will find Best Buy for better price , quality and better customer service.

This mid-range membership is pretty good. Not too bad of an annual cost and you get access to special sale prices, a longer return window, and bonus certificates on some purchases. If you're buying some things but not enough to justify the top level with Geek Squad coverage, it has nice value.

I got this membership for a great price. This covers everything I bought. You special member deals first. If a price becomes lower of a product that you buy. You get the difference back on your card.

If you want real value on your products , you may wish to be one

We were skeptical of this membership, but purchased anyway when we made a big TV and sound bar buy. I am so glad we did because the TV went on sale and we received $400 return to our credit card. Definitely worth it.

I love this membership specially their price match. I went to buy a $4000 TV and the price of the TV went down to $3000 a month later and I got a refund of $1000. It’s well worth it

We purchased a package deal of appliances and had to do some exchanges. However, every associate assisting us was professional, friendly and provided outstanding service as were those who setup our appliances especially the Geek Squad. We are very pleased with the service we received as well as the timeliness of delivery and setup.

This was a good deal. We are able to price match for a longer period. Plus you get special deals on different items also.

To be honest, I wasn’t incredibly thrilled about it, and I thought I would receive a lot more savings than I did and if I would’ve known that, I was gonna have to pay renewal fees I would’ve canceled. I wasn’t given notice that the membership was up so after it was done, I simply didn’t want to go through the motions of trying to get a refund. I have noticed that the products that I usually buy on a regular basis are either out of stock or I can find cheaper on websites like Amazon and Newegg, etc..

Jon was very helpful. He understand what I was looking for in a beautiful TV quality sound unique he was very thorough on what customers want.

We love our tv. We went a little bigger and with the sound bar it is good.

Normal membership and credit card. Bonus points accumulated from purchases were good. It is a shame that you do not allow sales support via phone to a local store.
