This is a very advantageous membership. We especially like the product protection plans. The plan for our big screen TV enabled us to replace it at no cost when it needed a part that's no longer available, and since the price of TVs has come down, we had enough money left to purchase 2 new iPhones and Apple Care.

Great value, awesome exclusive deals and rewards. Combine it with Best Buy credit card, especially if you shop for electronics consistently.

Enrolled in annual Plus membership with the promo of receiving a $50 certificate for paying the 49.99 annual membership fee. Tax is charged to make it about a $55 dollar charge for the year. Waited 2 weeks and still no certificate. Then have to go through the nightmare of contacting customer service to check status. Went through chat, when finally got a non AI rep, chat box closes and no way to get back in. Btw when keyboard does not pop up to input in the chat during the chat, you have to close chat box. So tried to go through phone support to get certificate. After getting through AI bot, finally get a live rep, find out that I need to get transferred to a different department. They end up telling me to call back M-F during business hours cause that dept is closed on weekends. A bit frustrated at this point and used my instincts and cancelled the membership. So why the 2 star rather than 1? I was able to process my cancellation request and stated I get a refund! Because of this experience, I’m still skeptical about receiving it, with the trauma of having to go through customer service in my head in order to actually receive the refund credit. We shall see!

Good overall good purchase good quality would like to buy again in future

I purchased My Best Buy Plus membership at time of purchasing a LG OLED 65” C4 smart tv. I did not hesitate to get free standard and 2 day shipping, exclusive member prices, deals and offers, and extended 60 day extension return window on most purchases.

Helped my save a lot was able to get my ps5 come back get money off and with that money just add 10 to get a brand new monitor

Membership is high value for money with access to special promos and offers highly recommended

Best way to save your money by purchasing bestbuy membeeship. Claimed price match within 60 days with the product I blught expensive. Got alot of rewards on my every spend. I will keep the membership for years and years

It was tough switching from Android, but Best Buy was helpful. Love the features. Iwatch has been fun to learn. I use the exercise complication.

The membership proved to be a GREAT value in terms of Best Buy itself!! The customer service and the discounts alone are a great seller!! However, beware of WHO is shipping your package. They can only help so much on this end. FedEx is chronically the worst shipper and Best Buy can't help when they lose/damage your package beyond a refund...IF it makes it to your home. Beyond that, I highly recommend Best Buy Plus.
