The ability to have 60 day returns on most items alone makes this membership worth it. But then the member only price cuts actually pays for the membership when you get those savings if you think about it. Solid.

The membership is great to save money on products you want to buy. Even you save like a dollar or cents it still counts. It could be better if you save like 30 percent in my opinion. All of us is broke now cause of the economy since new president came in. Not everyone is rich in the world where money keeps coming out of their pocket like the president. I save a lot from the membership. And a lot is a lot that i save. More than a lot than the parking lot i save. I save more than a lot eating at the restaurant lot. I get more than a lot of handheld gaming pc. I wish i can get a lot of pc gaming like MSI Claw. I am poor a lot of times. I say a lot of things cause my favorite word is " A Lot " So go get the membership if you wanna save " A Lot "

Bought it because it gave me 60 days to return or price match and I got to use it for price matching. They were awesome with the price matching and got my money back on it hassel free they were awesome

The Geek Squad team had a real challenge getting our new TV synched up with our stereo system and all the remotes. They stuck with it and were eventually able to successfully coordinate ALL functions through a SINGLE remote. What an amazing job. Thanx so much

Perfect really worrh it to have and convenient for larger purchase

The store employee that told us all about the Best Buy Plus membership implied we would get $150 cash back by signing up, it would save us money. Well, it's really coupons worth that if you quickly within a month or so, buy something else at Best Buy. A bit of a difference, not exactly what was promised.

I was told to buy even if i have no plans to buy anything else supposed to be able to get refunded after two months? So see what happens?

Pretty good. I spend a lot on new tech and the protection plans are quite costly add ons. However, don’t cancel before the free warranty is over because they will cancel any and all current warranties. Prior to them changing warranty tiers you would get free home installation included in certain purchases (like mounting a tv), not anymore :( I have pulled back from Best Buy a bit, their staff can be kinda dry and impersonal, with a lot less understanding of the products they are selling. I’ve started to go to Microcenter and would be there all the time if they were just a bit closer.

The Plus membership offers solid perks like faster shipping and exclusive discounts. I especially liked the extended return window. It would be nice if there were more member-only promotions throughout the year, but overall it adds value, especially during tech sales events.

60 day returns is probably the must useful feature, especially if you buy a refurbished item or are undecided.

Amazing customer service in store. Bought 2 open box 75” TVs, and sound bar. Would definitely recommend the Spartanburg South Carolina store.

Its worth it for the extended return window alone to be honest.
