I was charged twice for the same oven. And then it took me between six and eight hours speaking to five different people trying to get it straightened out. I thought it was all cleared up. They said I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get a credit. I waited 7 to 10 days and called the credit card. There was no credit. This credit card has a 30% interest rate on it so when you’re being charged $6000 rather than $3900 it makes a big difference. I’ve now spent another several hours with the credit card and with Best Buy. Hopefully it’s straightened out. I will know in another 7 to 10 days. Also, Best Buy will not meet ad prices from other companies. I was told they would. Having to deal with Pacific sales, Best Buy, and Best Buy credit card is a real headache. I don’t even have the oven yet so I can’t review the oven just the horrendous Best Buy plus.

The service was excellent with us even getting in earlier than our appointment time. Our phones were to all our apps and services for us. As we're in our late 60's and not at all tech savvy, this was such a relief and a great help!

The New 70 inch TLC TELEVISION is a great deal for the price and for us we have had the Expensive TV's and let me tell you that this TLC TELEVISION Stands up big time in Comparison to the most Expensive Brand name Tvs on the market today from the great color too the sound & also the apps the remote control is voice activated and Google it works every time with out delay compared to my Vizio TV Remote in the other room I replaced this TV from a RCA 65 inch screen and I truly am very pleased with the new TLC Television and I'm going to be purchasing a new one for our room when we are ready, you need a new TV you should give The TLC Television Google Remote voice activated you won't be disappointed just run out to your nearest Best Buy Store and get your new TLC Television you will be totally Satisfied we sure are The price is great and the TV is Excellent.

Best Buy is a good place to buy major appliances, TVs, etc. but those purchases are not made everyday. And there are many choices, so Best Buy has a lot of competition. I really don't know exactly what I get for the money I spend on the "BB Plus" membership, but I don't think it would be worth paying for. I just don't have the time or desire to want to explore and search for all the benefits of all the cards from all the retail sellers every time I make a decision to buy something.

Overall this purchase ended up being a great purchase. We were able to save money on our purchase of a washer and delivery and setup.

I bought the TV very good price and the world program makes more cheaper. I don’t think so. You can find anywhere in this world after you get rewards. I’ll highly recommended by from.

I am so glad the salesman talked to me about this. I bought an iPad 13 Pro M4 assuming it had cellular which it did not. When I went to add it to my cellular plan, I found out that it was beyond the 14-day return policy and did not have cellular. I was able to return it no questions asked and got refunded so I could buy the right iPad 13 Pro M4 that did have cellular.

Love my membership! I save tons of money, that I wouldn’t save otherwise. Love the monthly member picks as well!

This LG TV is great. The color is great. The sounds is very loud. I love this t.v.

We don’t buy a lot of electronic devices or other items that Best Buy sells; other than a sporadic large purchase, I buy printer ink and tape for our label maker. We don’t get member prices on those. I don’t remember what other benefits are so that’s on me. I should have looked at that again.

this membership helps you when you buy a lot of things in the store because they give you coupons to redeem and you save more money with that.

This is not my first time purchase at BB and it won't be my last.
