In my case there was no real value. I wanted my new 75” Samsung delivered on time and set up with sound bar. It got delivered and hung on the wall. That was it. No walkthru, nothing. It seemed like they were just going thru the motions. They did take their trash with them. They were on time, but that was about it. It’s coming up on 9 months and I have not needed to use this resource even once. So for me, this was a “frustrating waste of time and money.

I purchased this initially for some extra perks when picking up a laptop, but it has been clutch several times since then. One of the few big box memberships that might actually be worth it.

I chose this version of the my Best Buy membership because it’s cheaper and I like having longer options on the Best Buy protection.

Geek squad support is great, but I still pay. I gel the membership should cover.

The membership is worth the value if you shop regularly and there are quite a bit of deals. I personally game a lot and so some headsets, controllers, and games are at a lower price which is nice. So if you plan to purchase a lot from best buy then the membership could pay for itself

This membership really comes in handy for our work from home lifestyle. Monitors and gadgets—we find it all at Best Buy to equip our home office.

Honestly, i was hesitant to buy it at first but after a few months, it was definitely worth the purchase. It really pays for itself! You get discounted prices and from time to time I have received best buy gift cards , just saying thank you for being a member! Its awesome, I highly recommend!

Good experience but I thought the up charges for TV installation and removal were both excessive and overreach based upon my dealing with other vendors.

I don't buy many electronics so the membership is not very useful to me. I used it to get a discount on a TV but will most likely cancel next year.

I love Best Buy and there credit card is awesome!! You can even have them charge your credit card if you don’t have it on your person.
