This is a great choice for those of you who want to maximize the value of your electronic investments! Also, perfect for those who aren't quite sure what version of a product is best and need longer than 14 days to decide. Definitely recommend this at the LEAST when purchasing with Best Buy!

THE weird one where it’s actually worth it. Pay $50 for yearly peace of mind.

We purchased the membership to save money on a television purchase. What we did not like was that we had to spend the entire amount of our reward at one time or it was not valid. We only wanted a toaster at the time, so we had to purchase other smaller items that we didn't need in order to use the reward. We live an hour away from any Best Buy Store and cannot take advantage of other sales or offers.

A lot of potential savings to be had with the additional Plus member deals that are offered quite frequently. I particularly have taken advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Switch games a tremendous amount to get an amazing amount of savings and to pre-order some of what's coming up as gifts for friends and getting great savings, to boot! Tons of extra savings on a lot of electronics in general and most other categories, as well. The $50 to get the basic Plus membership is definitely worth it for a year of these kinds of savings if you are able to spend a hundred or more most months and need or want to get a solid amount of value for the money. I'm a collector, so I highly appreciate the greater opportunity to get more for less by a significant amount pretty often so far. I've only had the membership for a few weeks and I've already been extremely pleased with what I've been able to get for my money.

This membership is a real value. Great prices on good products. Very happy with my TV purchase. Had the geek squad map my new 77-in Samsung TV. They did a great job and very quick. They call the very next day to see if I had any questions or anything that they needed to do. So thumbs up.

This membership is truly a savings for your purchases. I have had my laptop break and the repair is fast, effective and thorough.

Excellent customer service, my refrigerator was delivered to my home this morning on time. The refrigerator installer was very courteous. After the installation he showed me all the functions and features of the refrigerator. It was a great experience overall from Michael on the sale floor to and all of the installers. Thank you so much you have a great. I will be back to buy the rest of my appliances that I need. You have a great Team.

I purchased an iPad…it involved trading in 2 older iPads. This part went extremely well. In fact, we bought the plus membership based on it. Excellent in-person salesman. But…we were told that if it were to go on sale, we could price match. So, a sale came up. I tried to phone almost non stop for hours. No one was available…for 2 days. Finally I drove to s store where the salesperson kindly snd efficiently refunded the difference. Your phone service needs attention!!! It was frustrating and not good for your business future. My complaint is not about the membership…it is about phone customer services

If you buy from Best Buy somewhat frequently, there’s real value in the extra discounts, different promotional savings and rewards, and free shipping.

I understand this is a very nice and worthwhile benefit. I haven’t used it yet, but I definitely will take advantage of it in the future.
