Best Buy is awesome. Period. This membership just enhances everything! Probably the coolest part is their extended return policy. There are many times where I buy something and immediately after, travel for work. Sometimes for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. Leaving me little to no time to actual open or use what I bought. Of course there are other awesome benefits to Best Buy Plus and you have to love the price point. 5 stars!

Very practical. I bought the wrong one once, and only after I unboxed it did I realize it was not what I wanted. Because the appearance was the same, I only realized the difference after using it. And it was indeed not as convenient to use as the one I wanted. It is really convenient to have this membership

This was by far my Best Buy purchase. I saved at least 10 times what I paid for the membership within 3 months after purchasing our Washer Dryer and TV. What a great deal this was and I plan to continue my membership as long as the rules don't change. Thanks Best Buy.

I haven't found a use for the membership yet. The items I want never seem to have any discount due to the membership. Having longer to return something is nice, though I haven't used it yet, but I also think that should just be normal store policy without a membership.

I like the old rewards program. You paid one fee, and that was your rewards program for the 2,3,5 years, whatever program you got,or paid for. Who would still get the lowest price? If you you would find one lower, you will still get a lower price. Now, with this program, we have to pay every month, which doesn't make sense. I think it's just so you guys can make more money. I have gotten a $10 gift card. I try to go use it once but I couldn't. And once I tried to walk in the store for some reason, it disappeared, so I never tried again. I really don't see any benefit from this program.
