The day i decided to become a bestbuy plus member is when i experienced the worst treatment from bestbuy delivery team. I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery date they told me was fine but i realized i and my spouse wont be home until later that day. They usually say 7am to 7pm is the time for delivery. So i called 2 days prior to let bestbuy know that we would be home by 2pm and they said they would put in the request. On the day of delivery the driver called me around 12 and i explained rhat i already called best buy that my spouse should be home by 2. He said they could squeeze me in. But his supervisor called back and was angry she said she cant honor the request i kept explaining to her but she became rude and yelling at me, i even called the bestbuy corporate office and put her on a 3 way call. It was horrible. I told her I dont even understand how she works in a field like this. ExTREMELY RUDE. She told me to cancel my order. I told her i only buy my electronics and things in that nature from bestbuy. i went off on her because requesting I cancel the order to go buy from somewhere is ridiculous and you are working for bestbuy. I have made up my mind to cancel my membership, its not worth it. I am customer not her child.

Had a lot of ups and downs with this, depending on the person who waited on me. Lift time Best But person, who is thinking about future purchases. However, this is only bad experience in 30 years. They have fixed everything and compensated for it so far. So, I give them that. Time will give me more information. It did save me a ton on money so far.

Worth it for the shipping benefits alone. The extended return window is just an added perk.

This membership is the real deal. I have been able to find items I have been wanting at a discounted price. Because sometimes I have not bought an item due to the price its at but having the membership deals makes it so so worth the buy.

Honestly really great. My favorite feature is the ability to return items beyond the 14 days. Now I can properly test an electronic device and see how I really feel about it instead of making a rushed decision. Free shipping and all that is also really nice.

This membership was saved me hundreds of dollars on purchases I had already intended to make without the program. I receive the rewards shortly after the earning period which has been extremely convenient for using towards more purchases. Love this membership

Im hopong to be able to use the benefits to have a higher chance to beat scalpers at pokemon stuff tbh but nonetheless the product pays for itself it was $50 for a year if i am not mistaken and got me $80 off earbuds (but really only $30 becaise anazon had a better price) but thay price beat amazons I got them without having to wait for shipping and it almost paid for itself!

Being part of membership plus is such a great thing, I’m not gonna lie at first I thought it was only a “marketing thing” but now I can truly see what a plus member is!!

The best benefit to the membership for me was the price match within 60 days. I bought a TV the middle of January and thought the price may drop be fore Super Bowl. Well, it did, and I went back to the store and got $100 back! I am still lookimg into the othe benefits. I want to buy a new headset for work and gwt some computer accessories. I see I get free shipping online.

I am so glad I got Best Buy Plus membership. It has saved me so much money in the long run! The ability to have a longer return window for purchases, and to get a price match within 2 months of a purchase is fantastic.

The member prices are a great perk. I also like that I can use geek squad if I need it. It also allows me to get protection plans on my devices that I buy.

My experience at Best Buy was fabulous. They advised me on my purchase and supported me afterwards with the following promotions. They are the best.
