This membership was a true lifesaver, we bought a washer dryer combo set and the washer wouldent work it was replaced right away and we didn't realize there was a shipping bar in place and tried to operate the washer and needless to say it damaged the washer and we had to have it replaced again. Thank God we had this membership

I got this washer as an open box. It came with all but the instructions which are available on line.

My experience was absolutely perfect. I walked in & my salesman walked right up to me. He lead me to exactly what I needed, He gave me tips on how to get the best performance out of my sound bar. I left knowing I made the right choice. No pressure just sound advice.

The team did an outstanding job, taking their time to install the TVs in a workmanship manner.

The picture is clear and the colors are true and vibrant. It has great features, e.g. will turn off automatically if a program is not selected within a certain period of time. It also has several other convenient and practical features.

Everything about this is great! Geek squad support is my favorite function of the membership. Help with anything I need is always available.

This membership is good and price is not to espensive

The picture was good but the sound quality was poor but my biggest problem was i paid $ 50.00 for membership and within 2 days i wanted upgrade to the 75'' and the price shot up $200.00 so the only thing I got from the membership was paying $ 50.00 more than the sales price, I also never recieved any notification of deals for being a member

When you plan to buy a lot of computer and camera equipment then this membership holds great value that I wish I purchased sooner. The price match ensures that you are getting the best deal, and they stand by that. The discounts on products are worth the money at the time of purchase. If you shop here, then this is a must have.

I bought this membership to get a promotional discount on a new TV -- it was worth it for that. But I haven't seen much continuing value. I've received a couple small discount coupons since joining but nothing close to the membership price. Unless Best Buy introduces an everyday incentive (like a small discount on all purchases), I will cancel.

Tom, the service tech, called me the nite before he was due to come out to my house to solve my hearing aid/bluetooth link up with my new Samsung TV. He asked me all about my hearing aids, my hearing aid app & anything else I could help him with connecting my hearing aids (bluetooth) with my TV. He was unfamiliar with my delema & wanted to learn as much as possible. He arrived on time, was already familiar with my brand & type of hearing aids & jumped into resolving my issue. Within 10 minutes he had solved my connection issue & bluetooth connected perfectly with my new Samsung TV.

The membership was valuable for a one-time purchase and some of the member deals are relevant, but I didn’t quite see the value for renewal over the long-term. I would probably have to see 3x savings to make it worth the annual fee.

Membership perks make the Best Buy experience more attractive.
