Yes, it’s been great being a member of the Best Buy family

have not used it yet other than a discount on purchase but intend to. I will be shopping more at Best Buy since it is 10 minutes from my home rather than 30 minutes. Our sales rep was very competent.

Great product to anyone interested in using Best Buy a lot.

Got it during a promo where buying the membership comes with a $50 cert and got another $5 cert a month after. Effectively got extra $5 for buying this!!! Used the $55 certs on preordering a game.

On paper the membership is a decent deal. I paid $50 for it and got a $50 certificate to spend at Best buy. I purchased the membership in order to get two month price match on a TV purchase and that is the only reason. I was banking on the price of my purchase to decrease which didn't happen but I'm not mad I got the membership. I will not be getting it again though because I simply do not shop at Best buy often enough.

Membership is a plus. Support, Geek Squad, Phone Tech Support. If they can't fix it they will replace the item ( depending on warranty ). Easy to schedule repairs. I'm an Apple Person and going to Best Buy in Douglasville is convenient than driving to Lennox or Cumberland Mall. Get the Membership

I gave 4 stars because I think that a loyal Best Buy customer shouldn't have to pay money to get a longer return window than 14 days. Formerly, Yvette was a 45 day return window for a free membership with a certain amount of annual purchases. I think there should be a half way option, because $60/year is a lot for some to pay. Maybe they could also offer one for $30/year which gives a 30 day return window.

This is a good deal if you are buying things for a new house or upgrading your old tech. Plenty of savings and other benefits.

This membership is actually beneficial for me. I don’t go to Best Buy often but when I do I receive good savings. I’ve also received cash back and discounts that I wouldn’t be able to get otherwise. It works out for me-

Purchase the DJI insurance for 2 years at a very competitive price. The best drone I've ever had this is a must have probably the best Christmas presents ever

Membership is fantastic, Quality device and install was flawless.

The manager and assistant manager were very helpful to me in returning a microwave that went bad. They were very understanding of the situation and had my best interest at heart.
