Since you are paying Best Buy now to be a member, you need to make sure you are shopping at BB often enough to make it worthwhile. I used to love going to the store and just looking at merchandise. Now, many stores carry little items and my buying habits no longer include BB as often. The cost of membership could be outweighed by savings. Make an informed decision.

I had never shopped at Best Buy before purchasing my first iPad last month. The whole buying experience was wonderful as was the employee who assisted me. In addition, I received my first Best Buy membership with my purchase. Although I've only ordered a new ethernet cable since then, I'm looking forward to taking advantage of all of the wonderful perks you get with BB membership. It's quite a good deal!

PROS: it saved my behind by, extending the time i had to return a dishwasher that ended up being a terrible purchase, so we were able to get a different one we love. CONS: they claim that they will refund you for purchases that go on sale within a year of you paying full price….. of course, this has never ever happened. Not sure if it’s worth it.

Raine and her partner (I apologize I forgot his name) were efficient, professional. Set up my TV. They explained information well, we're able to utilize my wall mount with the new TV. So appreciated their work!

We've enjoyed the reasonable price membership. We've been able to get a couple of things for free through points earned on purchases we made. Also got our washer and dryer with no interest for over a year to get it paid off. We also get 60 days to return stuff I believe if it's unopened and have the receipt. Can't remember the rules that well, but it's been good for us.

Membership value feels average to good. The 60-day return is a nice perk, and very occasionally there might be a decent dollar bonus reward for spending on select categories. Most member discounts feel weak but they do occasionally drop a good deal or two that at the least makes up for the membership fee. Overall, if you shop at bestbuy a lot, it's decent.
