Loved the support from Best Buy, buy this and stuff

I seldom do reviews. My experience with the Best Buy membership was terrible. It took me 3 weeks to get the app to work in order to review my rewards points. The store manager said here (meaning the wallet tab) is where you can review your reward points. It would not open. I rebooted my iPhone and removed and reinstalled the app with no success, He suggested call the direct number and they would fix it. After several calls and way too much time on the phone they told me the back office would have to send me an email or contact me directly. They never followed through. I went back to the store and told them I wanted my money back for the membership because I can't see he benefit points in the app (wallet tab doesn't work). After several sales people messed with my iPhone they were able to fix it. I needed to reduce the size of the font on my iPhone so the wallet tab to work. Very frustrating that Best Buy would develop an app this way. After finally seeing my points I had a short time to use them or loose them. I rushed to use them and I bought a security camera and 2 USB extension cables. It turns out the USB cables were not compatible so I returned them. Only the sales tax was returned to my credit card. When I asked the Best Buy team member would I get the points back, she said yes but it will take 3 days, That never happened and it is so painful to get it corrected. I have to assume in the fine print that if you use the points you only get the sales tax back and Best Buy keeps the items.

Love Best Buy the have great deals and rewards. Great quality products and great prices. Every item you buy is worth it

I was helped in finding a new gaming monitor and the associate that aided me went above and beyond to do so. I cannot recall her name but she has been there for years and has multicolored hair ! Got the membership as a perk with the purchase of the monitor due to a promotional deal.

I had to buy this plan to return headphones (never opened) that I had purchased 1 month earlier. I bought the headphones online and was given a pair as a present so I did not need this pair. Spent $50 on this 1 year plan just to return. Unlikely I will use this membership and next time I make a purchase I will be going somewhere that honors more than 2 weeks to return merchandise. Given the amount of money I have spent with Best Buy over the last several years this has completely changed my perception of their customer service.

I’ve been a Best Buy member for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best memberships I’ve signed up for. The benefits more than pay for themselves, especially if you shop for tech or appliances even just a few times a year.

I haven't used the membership yet. But I expect that I will enjoy savings in the future.

The membership is a great way to earn discounts and notifications of deals. The free 2 day shipping is nice and the extended return window.

Paid 60 I think for this. Got a 50 dollar gift card. Worth it. Really only got this for the price guarantee. If my purchased item droops in price (black Friday coming up) I get the difference paid back to me.

In addition to the discounts, I sometimes buy items and don’t open or use them for weeks. Having extra days to return purchases gives me peace of mind. This is what I appreciate about the Best Buy Plus membership.

The membership is one of the best things I have ever done, My purchases from Best Buy are substantial, it's my favorite store. The organization within the store is superb and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Geeks came out to my house I was left speechless. I’m happy I got a good deal. I did need to buy two in order to support all the items that needed to be plugged in.

This membership is good and very safe and I’m glad we also get a protection on products.
