Worth it. I get free shipping and access to member deals. Seems too god for $50 a year

I like that I get a 60 return window. Deals are not so great... They will be a member only deal then next week lower for EVERYONE! I just purchased a 2024 MacBook Pro M4 and they did not give me the 60 return window, yet the purchase is in my account. I contacted support twice about this and they said, don't worry... blah blah blah... But it is still not resolved. Best buy memberships will change or just be dropped as I have experience that with the gamer club I was apart of.

The BB membership is a great value! I have been able to go back on multiple items that I've purchased and gotten a price match which has paid for my membership tenfold. Great benefits for a great value

The membership alone has done wonders. It has helped me price match and receive services I wouldn’t have imagined. The geek squad is also helpful in assisting with repairs and the customer service line is incredible.

We had been having problems with a mobil phone hearing impaired app connection on a galaxy phone and purchased an iphone. The staff was very patient in changing over the old to new phone and pairing the hearing aids. Being older customers the option to come in with a scheduled app appealed to us.

This was a good choice at the time it really paid for it's self in the long run, but I ended up upgrading to the Total.

My Fit Bit died and past the warranty so was able to get a new and better one in record time at a very reasonable cost. Then the sales person noticed my cell was glowing and ready to catch on fire. I couldn't believe it and I finished the transaction and proceeded to replace my cell.

I had to buy this plan to return headphones (never opened) that I had purchased 1 month earlier. I bought the headphones online and was given a pair as a present so I did not need this pair. Spent $50 on this 1 year plan just to return. Unlikely I will use this membership and next time I make a purchase I will be going somewhere that honors more than 2 weeks to return merchandise. Given the amount of money I have spent with Best Buy over the last several years this has completely changed my perception of their customer service.
