    Probably good for people who buy alot of electronics. Purchased a new TV and normally don't ever buy these kind of extra protection but when the salesman told us that if we did not use it at all during the year... that at the end of the year it would be refunded in full to us. He said it was a no lose situation, so we purchased it. We have not used it at all so I am looking forward to it being refunded in November.

    I like the option of unlimited Geek Squad support. They are great. Also like when we are getting protection plans on our purchases.

    Thus membership had real value to us as it extends the product return time period. Critical when our brand new Frigidaire died after a month, just beyond the regular return period.

    I went in and purchased a shark rocket. I waited less than 5 min to be helped and I am very satisfied with the service. I wish that I could remember who the sales person was because I believe in credit where credit is due, however, it was a few weeks ago and I cannot remember. Previously, I purchased a top of the line LG washer and dryer with pedestals and I was very happy with both the purchase and the entire customer support team at Best Buy Warner Robins..Thanks Team for all your support!

    Good to avoid unnecessary fees, and in case you need to make a new decision. I like that I only have to pay one fee to get the majority of my money back in case I made the wrong choice for a product that just isn’t working for me or isn’t right for me at the moment. That’s why I got it because I wanted to test out my new camera. I found that there’s a different camera that works for my needs and now I have the comfort and knowing that I’ve done enough testing to realize I could just return this one without hassle without unnecessary stocking fees.

    Not really sold on the value of this yet. Maybe I will be later, but I can't see any real value beyond my initial reason for purchasing this. (to extend the return window (scant 15 days) to return (the 2nd) a defective keyboard after a few days' illness prevented me from returning in a timely manner and went past the 15 day window. I look daily to see if the items that I am considering to purchase fall under the "Plus Membership deals"/discount pricing, but alas, the available items seem "limited"? I wish that I could be excited about this purchase, but at this juncture I feel as though the purchase should not have been "necessary" as the only option that allowed me to return a defective keyboard. I APPRECIATE that it was an option, I'm just not happy that it was the only option that management offered me and the membership has not "paid off" as of yet.

    Normally I would give a higher rating. I recently purchased a new refrigerator, paid to restore my membership and requested 12 months interest free payment plan. When I received my 1st bill it was not for the 12 month plan and to avoid paying interest I paid the total amount. Not happy.

    I purchased my membership while getting a new washing machine, I used to be an elite member back when you had those and always found Best Buy to have the best products at competitive prices so it’s always been my go to and will continue that in the future. Thank you and have a great day

    It's good for specials if you buy best buy often. Honestly a great alternative to Amazon if you love getting your items quick. Its saved me around $50 more than the $50 price. I wish there were more deals throughout the year.
