I haven't had it for very long but so far I have no complaints.

Can’t complain because I got it essentially for free, since one of my purchases was $50 off with the membership, so the cost canceled out. The member deals have not impressed me but the extended return and price match period are great. It does suck that Best Buy decided to start charging for that when it was a free loyalty perk before though.

I am always treated well at Best Buy. They get what I need and do it quickly. Geek squad is great too. The membership is great to I am happy I got it. It has helped me save money several times.

I came in to the Burnsville store for a Nintendo SWITCH knowing they were in short supply. The store display case was empty. While were talking, Michelle checked her phone and located everything I needed at the Richfield store. She rang up the sale and explained why I needed Best Buy Plus, so I purchased that too - then I was out the door heading for Richfield. Michelle did an awesome job! I thought I was going to go all over town to find all the items I was looking for (Switch, Mario Kart, Steering Wheel, etc.) but she got me totally set up in 2 quick stops. GREAT JOB!

good value for membership it unlock deals for the future

I recently signed up for Best Buy Member Plus, and it’s totally worth it! The free shipping and exclusive discounts make shopping so much better. I’ve already saved money on a few purchases, and the extended return window is a nice bonus. The membership pays for itself quickly, and the perks are great for frequent shoppers.

The Best Buy membership fee is too high. And, the limited time frame to use the Rewards Points is too short. They should be like the old Rewards Points where they just accumulated, and you could use them any time.

Don't make a purchase with out it. My new tv upon deliver did not work and it was replaced and set up within a week.

I am glad my salesman talked me into this. I have never been a person who buys in-store and mostly buy online but this time I wanted to see what I was getting. I opted for the credit card as well as the store card although I thought I would never use it and already have. I am fast becoming a big fan of Best Buy. The staff at my store in Brick, NJ is super friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I never write reviews.

I recently subscribed to My Best Buy Plus service, and it’s been a great value. The free shipping and access to exclusive deals have already saved me a lot. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy big-ticket items, it’s definitely worth it!
