Salesman pushed the annual membership when we purchased our tv. Unfortunately he misled us about the$100 bonus. It came but we have to use it in basically 1 MONTH. That was never disclosed by the salesman. Cheap way to get us to spend $50 for limited use.

Greatest membership you could possibly have you get money back on what ever item you purchased when prices drop on those items

I believe this membership will be a $ saver for us as we shop for all new kitchen appliances

Floor Sales staff were frequently asking if we needed help with a product (TV) and were helpful in explaining differences and features between different models. when we returned next we had excellent assistance from a supervisor who also explained features of our TV selection. Also interested in rebate of sales price if sale price is lowered at future date.

Got this with a gpu purchase and I gotta say it definitely has its perks was able to land a ps5 during peak season and got some other good offers on other products sometimes in the 20% range off full priced units, if you shop at bestbuy a lot its worth it !!!

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is a fantastic budget smartphone! It does everything I need and then some. Not to mention how fast BestBut had it delivered to me.

I havent had the opportunity to use it yet, however the sales tactic to get us to.purchase it was confusing etc. I do think the pricing os good on member items. I would just be cautious and clarify with the sales person. I am sure that they get some sort of spiff for selling it and I always like to help where I can with that. When i had a membership I think a year and a half ago with Best Buy, i was told that everything came with a warranty and no matter where i lived tech issues would be taken care of. My headset had an issue and tech could not help and i was told i had to go to the store to exchange it. I live an hour and a half away. No option to mail it and get a new one etc.

Membership has its real value, you get to know first about the deals and it’s worth for price matching as well.

If you are already planning to buy something on discount with a membership, then I would say its a great way to get a membership since the discount on the item cancels out the cost of the membership, if not save you even more money. If you shop at bestbuy on the regular or shop for items normally sold at bestbuy on the regular else where, I would revaluate how much you could save by switching to using bestbuy with the membership. If there is no savings in it for you then natrually I would avoid
