If you are buying large appliances, this just makes sense. It makes more sense to pay the membership fee and have delivery fees waved (as an example). I also took advantage of the extended exchange policy.

I didn't really use it much throughout the year. I mainly signed up to save more money on a black friday/cyber monday deal. If you shop at Best Buy a lot it'll probably be more worth it.

The only way I was able to return my product was to purchase this membership since the product I was trying to return had elapsed the 14 day return policy. Cost 50 bucks Not really a fan of this so far but withholding my judgement. There might be some silver lining to this but just dont see it yet.

$50 credit given as promo when signed for the membership, but wasn’t explained clearly that it wasn’t valid right away and for only about 2 weeks. I was able to utilize it but wasn’t convenient. Membership good if making multiple purchases and looking to have some shipped.

I spoke with Sandra at 3:28 central on 10/17. Someone find this recording and use it for training. She gave me clear answers and assisted with my request better than any rep I’ve had so far. I was impressed with her help so much I’m giving this purchase a 5 star rating and she’s the ONLY reason why. It’s been a nightmare of poorly trained customer service on every other call.

The membership paid itself off on the first purchase. We then purchased several items at a lower cost, etc due to the membership. It's been great so far.
