You have extra time to return your purchase item. If need be Customer Service is wonderful and they do have good customer service.

Manipulative sale?

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because this was the 2nd time happened recently from my shopping experience with Best Buy through Memorial Day 2025 through 4th of July 2025. As a customer from my side to review the entire process of purchasing & delivery & installation cooperation with, There were many issues: 1, different departments or teams inside Best Buy were not cooperative enough to take care of what exactly their customers needs. I would say that Nobody cared about it. 2, Outside of Best Buy to cooperate with its delivery & installation contractors / partners, they made the big mistake and let the installers came to my house waiting for the delivery item coming many hours later. As a customer I did see it in advance and was trying to reach Best Buy In Home customer service team to switch both schedules prior 1 day. Unfortunately either team in Best Buy nobody paid attention to it and let the bad things happening ~ end up they just told me that I have the choice to do returns & refunds ~ but who cares about I took my day off from my work and was waiting for the delivery and installation of new appliance to cook the meal for my entire family!! You know why ~ who’s the most loser? - Best Buy! Because as a customer I’ll never come back to shop from Best Buy again. I’m afraid of it ~ remember that I already had two times bad experience from Best Buy. 3, I made more than 10 times phone calls with different customer service lines and communicated with 2+ chat platforms throughout Best Buy at the day during the above process(In Home Service team, Geek Squad team, General Customer Service Service Team), each time either online chat or phone call they ask me to give them “my name, phone number, email address, physical address”, I remind them there are a lot of FRAUD threads through online and phone calls right now, they should review & get feedback to the management team to improve Best Bay customer service policy in order to protect customers privacy and put it on the calendar in priority immediately. Unfortunately nobody cared about it!!

Ge products are absolute trash

GE has sent 5 to 6 techs out and have yet to remedy the issue. They have been called again several weeks ago and still no one to repair washer that shuts down mid cycle. Locks up where it has to be unplugged and plugged back in

Not for Canadians.

That is the only time I used it in a year. I received a $10 reward certificate but in order to use it I needed to contact customer service to process my payment (I am from Canada). After placing my order, the system promptly cancelled it and upon investigation I was told it was because of the shipping address I used. I was refunded the invoice amount but the certificate reward was never reapplied. After a few days of frustration I finally gave up.

Membership perks do not apply to 3rd party sales
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WARNING: The membership perks of free 2 day shipping and 60 day return policies, among others do not apply to items purchased from 3rd party marketplace resellers. Also the Best Buy website does not allow filtering out 3rd party Marketplace resellers as of 10/10/2025. I searched for a Yamaha AV receiver I just bought from Best Buy, and apparently it is now ONLY listed by third party resellers, even though I just bought it a few months ago. Also when searching for items, who is selling it ( Best Buy or 3rd Party) isn't an option in the website search filter, nor is it make apparent when looking at a list of multiple results. I only see disclosure of the third party seller in the product page. If Best Buy wants a third party marketplace they need to be upfront about how any yearly subscription may or may not apply to each purchase, and make search results filterable. Best buy needs to do better than this clownish implementation of a 3rd party marketplace that impacts the value of our My Best Buy memberships, and be more open about what they are doing, and about how the value of the My Best Buy memberships have now diminished since it is not applicable across most all product search results amymore.
