I’m very satisfied with my Best Buy membership and highly recommend it to others. The benefits, such as exclusive discounts, faster shipping, and access to special offers, make it totally worth it. Their customer service is also excellent, always helpful and responsive. If you’re a regular shopper or looking for extra perks, this membership is definitely a great value!

WARNING: The membership perks of free 2 day shipping and 60 day return policies, among others do not apply to items purchased from 3rd party marketplace resellers. Also the Best Buy website does not allow filtering out 3rd party Marketplace resellers as of 10/10/2025. I searched for a Yamaha AV receiver I just bought from Best Buy, and apparently it is now ONLY listed by third party resellers, even though I just bought it a few months ago. Also when searching for items, who is selling it ( Best Buy or 3rd Party) isn't an option in the website search filter, nor is it make apparent when looking at a list of multiple results. I only see disclosure of the third party seller in the product page. If Best Buy wants a third party marketplace they need to be upfront about how any yearly subscription may or may not apply to each purchase, and make search results filterable. Best buy needs to do better than this clownish implementation of a 3rd party marketplace that impacts the value of our My Best Buy memberships, and be more open about what they are doing, and about how the value of the My Best Buy memberships have now diminished since it is not applicable across most all product search results amymore.

I didn't think I'd use this outside of the value I got with a major purchase, but have actually used its benefits several times over the last year. I just renewed for another year.

Sounded like a good program! Not sure if I'm getting too much additional value/ROI from it to justify wanting to renew again in September, aside from the initial purchases I made on the first instance I bought. Will see though! Have had mostly positive experiences at Best Buy, specifically in Paramus, NJ. Thank you.

I am satisfied with the membership because they give me a lot of discounts and offers.

Membership costs $50.00. Received a discount off first purchase price (security system) and then, 5 $10.00 discounts off future purchases which I used 3 of them to make my next purchase for a total cost of $10.47.

I originally thought this was great but when I had to return an item that was on sale due to buying the wrong one I had to pay $30 extra for a product that was cheaper than the one I bought. I was pretty frustrated as you would think there would be a better system in place, especially if the inferior producer cost less than my product on sale. Unfortunately when I went back they were marked up the same. The Best Buy team and supervisor did not want to honor it. I had spent over 5k at that store a couple of months ago. This membership covers everything I need from Tech help to discounts and special deals or promotions. I’ve already used the services several times and was very pleased with not only the services but the friendly staff that helped me when I went in with a problem I couldn’t handle myself. I’m glad I have this service, bc I know it will be very useful for me!

This membership pays for itself in just one purchase! I highly recommend this membership! Especially if you’re making a large purchase. Then you also get huge benefits and savings all through the year!
