Kept my only be used yet and it seems like it's doing it

Very happy with my plan. The technicians installed my TV and soundbar which was installed beautifully. The back of the TV was done very neatly. The cords were all tied up. About a week later there was a loud sound coming from the TV or soundbar. The techs came out about 3 times and finally came to the conclusion it was the soundbar. The soundbar was replaced and it been 3 weeks since it was replaced without an issue. The membership protection plan is well worth the cost.

Best Buy is a great store. The Associates are first class, very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a little on the older side but the sales people were very friendly and helpful. World Class Organizations.

Having unlimited Geek Squad support really was worthwhile. If you're getting electronics from Best Buy and are want some reassurances, this membership may be worth it to you. It certainly was in my case.

I personally thought the total tech price was a bit high even with the benefits. I know I wanted to get the total tech but I couldn’t justify the cost. But now that Bestbuy has a tier it’s perfect because the prices I paid is more understandable and doable. Worth the return policy alone. That gives many people peace of mind when either having issues with electronics or simply changing their minds. Bestbuy has a great return policy as is but now with the extended time it makes it even better. Plus u get special pricing and discounts all the time. I recommend this tier of Plus 100%.

Customer service is what keeps me coming back; that's why I don't buy from online vendors. Best Buy is my "go to" source.

60 day return window alone makes this completely worth it. Also, with the plus member discounts, it essentially pays for itself.

This membership comes with tons of benefits, the biggest being that you can return anything with an extended period of 60 days that's really convenient in all ways!

So far it has been a great value. My savings have far exceeded the cost of the plan. So far saved $320.00. Like the 2 day shipping and extended return window.

I was hesitant to go for this when a store salesperson offered to upsell me with it, but because I was buying a TV that I wasn't 100% sure was the best option for me, the price-matching guarantee and longer return window sounded like a very good deal. It is nice to have more flexibility when making larger purchases.
