I'm gonna be honest, this is one of the most value loyalty programs out there because it paid for itself in less than 3 weeks. Got a couple monitors, and other things for my studio in art school. The price match was super easy and quick. I got so many gift cards from price drops. I'm in fact writing this while waiting on customer support to process my second price match on the same product. (It dropped twice in a week lol) Aaaand now it's finished. Got my gift card :D

This membership has more than paid for itself by offering refunds of price difference when the item goes on sale. Would highly recommend & will renew my membership for the rest of the perks as well.

We had several major appliances to purchase and the best buy membership had saved us much more than the purchase price of the membership. Very pleased with the time allowed for a price match.

I'm very happy to be at BustBuy, I've closed my Amazon Prime subscription and buy my electronics from BestBuy. My only request is for more product diversity and a dedicated distribution network like other organizations.

I’ve said this so many times but it bears repeating. Best Buy must have the best training program For new employees. Customer service is always excellent here. I’ve been buying a lot of computers and TVs and very expensive cameras and lenses through Best Buy for a long, long time, every sales person and everyone in geek squad has gone above and beyond.

Excellent and very knowledgeable help with selecting replacement appliances for my kitchen. There were some challenges but the specialist sent geek squad to assist.

To be honest with you I never knew that Best Buy had a membership and tell you the truth. It has been a great thing for us. We have already received a $50 gift certificate as well as I see the discount price just by us being a member so far there are no additional hidden fees or anything like that. You actually get what members should receive.

I dont remember his name, but he was amazing! A black young man, who sounded Jamaican, from Georgia here qorking on his degree. He wS also fluent in speaking Spanish and I thourghly enjoyes our conversations. This eas at the Newport News, VA store on Jefferson .. pretty much across from Patrick Henry Mall. Seriously, you guys have an AMAZING employee

A BestBuy membership may seem like an odd thing at first, but then I asked myself "Why not?" I already have amazon prime and this is less than half of that. BestBuy keeps track of how much I have saved with the membership, and it has already paid for itself and then some! I feel like they are really pushing these memberships and I can see why. So many products have member only pricing that helps you save a buck! And the two months of return and price matching is so worth it. They even price matched black friday! Overall sooooo worth it.
