I like the benefits that come with the membership.

The membership is decent because it’s $50 a year and you get 60 day returns. Good value then buying a product, disliking it, then forgetting to return it until 3 weeks later and have a product that costs $700 that you don’t want and can’t return. Membership is a real help here.

Benefits are great for BB purchases! The cash back and 60 day price change guarantee is awesome.

I was forces into getting into membership as one of the sales associate told me that we will get a $100 rebate with the membership as the price of the laptop we bought will ho down in two weeks and will get a $100 credit on my best buy card. After a month of waiting we still did not get any credit and dont have the need of the membership

I do like the service I have received. However, some of the associates have not been properly trained on all of the specific features included in the membership

I don't like that Best Buy locked the benefits you used to get from the free memberships behind a paid service. I liked the old system that rewarded you with better benefits depending on the amount you purchased that year and didn't ask you to consider spending an extra $50 to get a particular deal. Though the deals I've gotten up to this point have technically recouped my cost, I feel a lot of them would have been available anyway under the previous system that did not require a paid membership. Still, I'm glad Best Buy finally decoupled the tech support/warranty stuff into a higher tier plan and made one available for someone just interested in getting better deals and faster shipping.

Wish I had known about this before our big buying spree at Christmas. Bought this year and it is really great to have 60 days for price match guarantees, or returns if needed. Many items change price after 14 days. Bigger purchases can change up to $400 so you need to watch website. Also, gives a discount on some everyday things needed. Early notice of sales. This was $49.99 for one year, and it has already paid for itself in discounts, and we are only 1 month in.

I have not used my Best Buy Plus. But have the extra protection on my new washer is great.

Purchased just in case the tablet goes on the fritz. So far, no issues. If issues would arise, I've got no question that the Best Buy team will rectify the situation.
