I bought a laptop and tried doing some work, I managed to accidentally break it and they covered the repair in full!!! Plus free maintenance work like ssd upgrades is amazing. They cover literally ANYTHING so don’t be shy lol

Someone tried to complete a credit card after I told them I did not want a card just wanted to purchase a sound bar. BEST BUY ON HWY 100 IN WAUWATOSA WAS EXCELLENT GAVE ME A LOT OF INFO. TOSA STORE WAS SUPERB ----WILL NOT GO TO BROOKFIELD STORE AGAIN.

Honestly I was very hesitant to purchase the $50 membership but it has paid off with me getting a price match when my Apple MacBook went on sale they compensated me for $164.00. Very happy with Best Buy and I would encourage everyone to purchase the Best Buy plus plan.

My sales person informed that there was a promotion for new members and a plus perk, so I did it. I also like the security of the 60 day return policy for purchases and so many other perks

Also the extended return policy is very nice as I like to test and use product; comes in handy if not satisfied with purchase.
